Overview

A new Kirkland restaurant needed a full electrical build-out, from heavy kitchen equipment circuits to dining-room ambience. We coordinated with the general contractor to deliver power, lighting, and controls on a tight pre-opening schedule.

The challenge

Commercial kitchens demand dozens of dedicated, correctly sized circuits for hoods, ovens, refrigeration, and prep equipment — all on a fixed opening date with multiple trades working in the same space.

What we did

We designed and installed the distribution, ran dedicated circuits for every appliance, and built layered dining-room lighting with dimming scenes. Phased rough-in and trim kept us in step with the GC's schedule through final inspection.

Results

  • Dedicated, code-sized circuits for all kitchen equipment
  • Layered dining lighting with preset dimming scenes
  • Coordinated with the GC to hit the opening date
  • Passed health and electrical inspections on schedule
