How it works

  1. 1

    Scope & walkthrough

We map the circuits you need and how they tie into your existing service.

  2. 2

    Rough-in

We run and secure new wire before walls close, with inspection at rough stage.

  3. 3

    Trim-out

We install devices, plates, and fixtures, then terminate and label at the panel.

  4. 4

    Final inspection

We test every circuit and pass final inspection.

Frequently asked

Do I have to rewire the whole house at once?

No. We can phase the work room by room, though doing it during a remodel — while walls are open — is the most cost-effective.

How disruptive is a rewire?

We minimize wall damage with careful routing, but some access cuts are unavoidable. We coordinate with your schedule and patching plan.

Will old wiring affect my insurance?

Knob-and-tube and ungrounded wiring can raise premiums or block coverage. Modern wiring resolves that and improves safety.
